3.Approve signing motor vehicle excise tax abatement certificates (If any)
4.Approve signing Accountant reports (if any)
5.Consider state form 3ABC ("Property Held for Charitable Purposes") submissions for Fiscal Year 2021
6.Consider/discuss pending abatement requests
7.Consider delegating signing authority during public health emergency
8.Any other business not anticipated 48 hours before the meeting
9.Executive Session (If needed): Consider any exemption applications (if any)
10.Return to public session
11.Accept any votes taken in Executive Session
12.Set April meeting dates
13.Adjourn

If you are new to video conferencing here are some helpful hints:
-Fifteen minutes before the meeting get yourself to a quiet room with a strong internet connection.
-Open a web browser and go to the meeting link provided by the meeting host.
- You’ll go directly to the Zoom page. The first thing you see will be audio options. You can choose to speak and listen by calling in to a regular phone conference line (the phone numbers to call in will be shown) OR you can indicate you want the audio to go through your computer microphone and speakers.
-Note the microphone and video icons in the lower left of the screen. Use these to mute and unmute yourself and turn on/turn off your video feed of yourself.
