6:35 PM – Request For Determination (Continued) – 5 Stodge Rd. (Assessors Map 67, Parcel 9). The proposed work is for the installation of a replacement septic tank and pump system within the Buffer Zone of Stodge Meadow Pond.
6:40 PM – Notice Of Intent – Lot 511 Sunset Dr. (Map 44 Parcel 80). The applicant, Susan Thibault, is filing for work consisting of clearing a path to the lakeshore, clearing an area near the shore, removal of trees and dock installation within the Buffer Zone of Sunset Lake.
6:45 PM – Notice Of Intent – Lot 3 Ashby Rd. (Map 71 Parcel 23C). The applicant has withdrawn the Notice of Intent.
6:50 PM – Request For Determination – 45 River Styx Rd. ( Map 34, Parcel 3). The applicant Brian Kenney is looking to build a detached garage within the Buffer Zone of Vegetated Wetlands.
6:55PM – Amendment to an Order of Conditions, DEP File # 092-0960 for 70 Saari Camp Rd. changes to the original plan include house design and associated grading as well as location of the well.
