TO CONSIDER LAY OUT OF GLEN VALLEY ROAD AS A PUBLIC WAY

Per M.G.L. c. 82, §22 this is a notice that the Petersham Selectboard will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering whether to lay out a portion of Glen Valley Road as a public way, as shown on a plan entitled “Plan of Glen Valley Road Petersham, MA Altered and Laid Out as a Town Road by the Town of Petersham,” prepared by CHA Engineering, and adopting an Order of Layout. A copy of the Plan is on file in the office of the Petersham Town Clerk and in the Selectboard Office. The Public Hearing will be held remotely, via GoToMeeting at:

In the event that the Selectboard adopts the Order of Layout, and Town Meeting accepts Glen Valley Road as a public way, the Town may acquire public way easements in Glen Valley Road from those persons owning or having rights therein. For questions, please contact the Petersham Selectboard Office at 978-724-3353.
