Agenda: | The purpose of the public hearing is to provide interested parties with an opportunity to comment on a proposed Definitive Subdivision Plan of 120-128 Highland Street, prepared by Dillis and Roy Civil Design Group for Duncan Baum involving a parcel of land to the west side of Highland Street, Assessor’s Map 20 Lots 57 and a portion of lot 59. Map 20 Lot 57 contains 59.4 acres. Parcel A from Map 20 Parcel 59 is to be combined with Lot 57. The site is to be accessed from Highland Street, a public way.
