6:30 PM RE: Discussion Letter of Support for State Constitution Article 97 Request with Sue Hellen.
6:45 PM RE: Meeting with Highway Dept. Superintendent Greg Waid: Appointment to Emergency Management Committee, Trench Safety Officer, & Insurance Advisory Committee; schedule interviews for Hwy. Dept. new maintenance operator applicants. Approval/Signatures on Glen Valley Road bridge project contract; Discussion Chapter 90 project reimbursement request for signatures Glen Valley Road bridge project & crack sealing for miscellaneous roads TBD.
7:15 PM RE: Joint Meeting with Advisory Finance Committee for any additional budget FY2017 reviews or discusison as needed; initial review of draft of June 2016 Special & Annual Town Meeting Warrant Articles.
4. New Business:
RE:Discussion Vote to authorize spending in excess of FY16 Snow Removal Account.
RE: Discussion Nichewaug Inn & Academy Property – Public Input Meeting on Weds. April 13, 6:00 PM, at Town Hall; and any other project updates and information as available.
RE: Discussion request for Admin. Coordinator time off Friday, April 15, 2016
