1.Secretary's Report.
2. The possibility of repairs to the Benjamin-Muraca Bridge is still unknown. phone messages to Mark Devylder, of Mass DOT Bridge Inspection Unit have not been returned, as of 23 February.
3.Garden design for medians: change, modify or remain unchanged? Any changes to 707 site, South Street, library?  Spring planting of pansies in various sitesto lend some color, tidying/evaluating planting areas might be a nice preview to DBC's summer garden displays. 
4. Handout listing all annuals purchased from Blossoming Acres 2105 will be provided to volunteers at today's meetingfor consideration before firming the 2016 order.
5. Discussion/decision of possible dates for plant shopping, purchase, transportation and planting medians, 707,South Street and library.
6. Best times for summer weekly maintenance of medians etc. following the planting of all areas.
7. Share list of volunteers, with with email, phone, addresses.  Any information for DBC volunteers should be sent to allto simplify/enhance good communication.
8.Finances available for 2016, Gifts Account, Town Account, will be available for today's meeting.
9. The $50.00 charge for delivery of compost last fall, has not been received thus far.I have phoned Dicken Crane several times to request bill.
