The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at the T.O.H.P Burnham Public Library at 245 Western Avenue.

7:40 pm Public meeting on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Joseph Romano to reconstruct house destroyed by fire on existing piers at 29 Robbins Island Road.
Business:
1. Meet with Peter Phippen to discuss the Thin Layer Sediment Deposition Project
2. Review request for extension for Lot 7A, Island Road.
3. Sign documents for hearings closed at last meeting (if any).
-OOC for 34 Cogswell Road (voted needed to issue)
-Determination for 79 Wood Drive (vote needed to issue)
4. Review Requests for Certificates of Compliance (if any).
5. Distribute minutes from last meeting.
6. Approve minutes from meeting of February 2, 2016
7. Review mail/emails
8. Sign payroll and expense sheets
9. Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Chairman within 48 hours of the meeting.
