The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch 272.

The following applicants have filed Requests for Determination of Applicability:
227 Vineyard Avenue, Stephane and Marie-Pauline Gruffat: Proposed installation of underground irrigation system for lawn and flower beds at 227 Vineyard Avenue, Assessors Map 11C parcel D131. 	

The following applicants have filed Requests to Amend existing Order of Conditions: 
81 Holway Street, Diane Chapman-owner/applicant, SE 10-2947: Request to amend an existing Order of Conditions under SE 10-2947 to permit field changes made during construction and to include proposed lawn removal, relocation of existing fence and change in fencing materials  & installation of patio at 81 Holway Street, Assessors Map 17C parcel 28. 

39 Eliphamet’s Lane, Ross Dowd and Marnie Hrones, SE 10-3000: Request to amend an existing Order of Conditions under SE 10-3000 to include elimination of  garage addition; construction of smaller retaining walls and hardscaping at 39 Eliphamet’s Lane, Assessors Map 16C parcel 7C.

213 Seapine Road, Donald T and Patricia E MacNaughton, SE 10: Proposed construction of a vista platform (deck) on a stone revetment cap at 213 Seapine Road, Assessors Map 12K parcel HC16A. Special Permit required

180 Stage Island Road, Paul MacKoul and Natalya Danilyants, Trustees , Paul MacKoul Trust, SE 10-3104:  Re-opening after re-advertisement for proposed deck additions; footbridge /gangway and seasonal access steps to water; reconfigured bluestone steppers, stairway and plantings at 180 Stage Island Road, Assessors Map 14A-1 parcel D23. ZBA approved a Special Permit for the dwelling on April 28, 2016. Applicant has withdrawn the footbridge/gangway from the application.
