•	Treasurer/Collector’s Office Job Descriptions and Pay Scales
•	Disposition of Items of Value, 153 Conomo Point Road
•	Modification of Town Procedure for Disposition of Items of Low Value
•	Adding Flexibility to Current Winter Parking Ban Bylaw
•	Preliminary Draft of the Annual Town Meeting Warrant
•	Climate Resilience Planning Community Compact and Discussion Concerning Selection of Base-case Dredge Spoil Disposal Site

7:00 p.m.	Adjourn to the Cafetorium to participate in the public forum presentation of the Strategic Plan.

		Ratify the approval of the weekly warrant in the amount of $223,296.04.
	Vote to exempt from Section 20 of Chapter 268A of the General Laws, the contracts and amounts for the individuals listed below contained within the 2/11/16 warrant pursuant to subsection (d) of said Section.

	Approve the minutes for the Selectmen’s February 1, 2016, Open Meeting and for the January 29, 2016 Open Meeting.
	Review Selectmen’s Meeting Schedule for March.
	Signature of contract with Patriot Properties for assessment consulting services for FY2017 (subject to appropriation).
	Revise authority structure for EXXON/ MOBIL Fleet Card Services Program, Essex Police Department.
	Review request from Essex Historical Commission regarding future planning for the property at 153 Conomo Point Road.
	Review expected request from Conomo Point Planning Committee regarding future planning for the property at 153 Conomo Point Road.
	Review proofs for new Town Landing and Parking Lot signage.
	Conomo Point Matters:
•	Town of Essex v. Leah Maher, Essex Superior Court, C.A. No. ESCV2014-00522 – discuss litigation strategy and potential settlement with Estate of Paul Touher; open and executive session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, s. 21(a)(3) expected; votes may be taken.
•	Consider a building permit for Mr. Romano’s leased property at 29 Robbins Island Road (Map 19, Lot 77/New Map 108, Lot 17), if application presented by meeting time.
