IV.  Public Hearing 7:30pm Open Space Residential Design (OSRD) Special Permit application, a Flag Lot Special Permit application, and a Definitive Subdivision Plan application for Peter K. Lyman. a.	Request by Craig D. Piper of SMRT Architects and Engineers, representing Athol Hospital, LLC for minor modification #1 from the Athol Hospital Site Plan Approval for revised site plan to address ambulance bay issues, on land owned by Athol Memorial Hospital
b.	MRPC BPCD Appointment for FY 2020
c.	Reconsideration of BPCD Recommendation for Article 24 for the June 10th Annual Town Meeting

VIII.	Old Business
a.	Signatures on hard copies of previously approved ANR plans (approved at the March 6, 2019 meeting)
b.	BPCD Members Signatures for the Worcester District Registry of Deeds

IX.	Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting (July 10, 2019) discussed: potential new permit applications public hearings, continuation of any current permit application public hearings, and, ground-mounted solar photovoltaic installation zoning bylaw amendments discussion.
