Notice of a Public Hearing
Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40A, The Southampton Planning Board will hold
a Public Hearing June 19, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall 1st floor
meeting room to act on an application for a Definitive Subdivision Special Permit
and Stormwater Permit under the Southampton Zoning By Laws
Secs. XI and XIV, governing the SubDivision of Land.
The application is submitted by Anthony Liquori for Victor Banel and the property
is located at 34 Pequot Road , Map 41, Parcel 29. The documents can
be reviewed at the Town Hall Clerk's office at 210 College Highway,
Mon.-Thurs. 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. All interested parties wishing to be heard
on the matter should appear at the time and place indicated above.
