TOWN OF PETERSHAM
CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC MEETING
In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131 Section 40 (as amended), the Petersham Conservation Commission will hold a special public meeting on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. at The Town Office Building, upstairs conference room, 3 South Main Street Petersham, MA 01366 on the Request for Determination of Applicability by Frederick F. Day for the rebuilding of an existing stone wall located ten feet east of the Browns Pond dam spillway at 101 East Street. The wall, ten to fifteen feet in length and ten to fifteen feet high above the lintel stones, was damaged by flooding and needs to be rebuilt to prevent collapse.
A copy of the Request for Determination of Applicability may be inspected prior to the public meeting at 3 South Main Street. All interested persons are invited to attend.
