Call meeting to order 6:30 p.m.
Review/edit/approve minutes from Monday, May 11, 2015. Motion by.
Ratify Library State Aid warrant dated, June 3, payroll, $1211.26. Motion by
Annual contract with CW/Mars is due to be signed and returned for FY16 and returned by Jul 1, 2015. Review and move to approve.
Thusday, May 28, Bill Stendrup, Tree Warden was here with Michael from Bartlett Tree Service to assess water lines and where the equipment could be placed on library property safely. The tree service will deliver the wood to the Simpson’s home.
Estimates for ADA door: David Cole estimate for door is $4995. Matt has an estimate for $2500 to complete the door. Motion
Estimates for repointing: David Cole for the east side of the building, $9995. Matt will contact Ralph Williams, Mason of Worcester for estimate.
Fran White assessed the furnace replacement Wednesday, June 3, 2015.
An assessment of oil vs. gas for 3 fiscal years was completed and available for perusal.
At the Monday, June 1 meeting with Department Heads, Board of Selectmen, and the Advisory Board it was approved by the BOS for a 3% payroll increase. It was, also, noted the Custodian from the Town Hall salary will go from $11/per hour to $12/per hour (this is his first year). The Library Custodian salary is $11.41 after working here for five years. Brenda would like a motion to increase the Library Custodian’s hourly wage to $12.41. Discussion. Motion.
Discussion on adjourning/cancelling Board of Trustee meeting for the months of July and August 2015.
