4.1. ADA Doors for Town Hall. Review quotes for work and replacement of ADA doors and choose vendor. Request TA to create a PO for FY16 using CPA funds that were transferred at Town Meeting for this purpose.

6.1.2.1. Highway Department, Truck Driver/Equipment Operator, Full-time/benefits. This position will replace a former worker who resigned last month.
6.1.2.2. Highway Department, Administrative Assistant, Part-Time with benefits. This position will replace Joyce Skypeck who will no longer be working in this position July 1st.
6.1.3. Joseph Slattery, Payout for FY15 and FY16. $4,923.84. Joe will be retiring as water superintendent at the end of this fiscal year, and is entitled to unpaid vacation time and time accrued from FY16.
6.2. Licenses/Permits –
6.2.1. Application from Jeff Smith for a 1-day Wine/Malt only License for Conant Park on Friday June 12th from 5pm-dusk for a Party. Application, fee, hold harmless, and copy of Conant Park Permit all submitted.
6.2.2. Application from Stacie Papineau for a 1-day All Alcohol only License for Conant Park on Saturday, June 13th from 12pm-9pm for a Party. Application, fee, hold harmless, and copy of Conant Park Permit all submitted.
