7pm- In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, and Section 5300 and 2234 of the Orange Zoning Bylaws, the Planning Board will hold a virtual Public Hearing, Wednesday, September 2, 2020 beginning at 7:00pm regarding a Special Permit request for 30 Whitney Street (Map 111, Lot 11) by applicant Nicholas Prescott, 140 Dana Road, Orange, MA 01364 and owner Wayne Whitmore, 235 Holtshire Road, Orange,Ma, 01364 for: use of site for fuel oil company.Due to COVID 19, and pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, this hearing will be conducted via teleconference. Meeting participation instructions can be found on the meeting agenda posted on the Town of Orange site http://www.mytowngovernment.org/01364 under the Planning Board section. The application may be reviewed by submitting a request to the Planning Board Office by emailing the office at planning@townoforange.org.
