AGENDA
1.	Approval of Minutes for Thursday, March 8, 2018.

2.	Review Committee membership going forward and review the plan for the remainder of the year, including the joint meeting with the Select Board on April 24.

3.	Report on the Town Administrator’s opinion as to how to resolve the conflicts now found in Articles II and VII of the By-laws as a result of the changes approved at the Special Town Meeting on January 16, 2018.  

4.	Review of new edits/comments submitted to the Committee regarding our proposed changes.

5.	Review members’ findings regarding how other towns handle the clearing of Fire Hydrants and then revise the memo to the Select Board regarding this topic.  

6.	Review Article II. Finance Committee – review changes adopted at Town meeting; consider Finance Committees proposed changes; revisit editing the whole article once again.  

7.	Review members’ findings regarding how other towns handle noise in their by-laws and again consider the issues brought up at the last meeting regarding different noise sources and situations:  fireworks, general construction noise and starting and ending times, what constitutes constant or repetitive noise annoyance, ATV vehicles, and drones.

8.	Review members’ findings regarding how other towns handle public assembly in their by-laws.

9.	Set date/time for next meeting.
