5:30 PM Public Hearing for Proposed Utility Pole Installation
Pursuant to MGL Chapter 40, Section 56, a Public Hearing will be held to review a request from National Grid to install one new utility pole and necessary wires and fixtures for new service at 138 New Athol Road, Petersham, on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at 5:30 PM. Details and map from National Grid of proposed location are available upon request from Selectboard Office. In person and via remote access attendance as listed above. Close Public Hearing.
6:00 PM Public Hearing for Fiscal Year 2022 Tax Classification
Pursuant to MGL Chapter 40, Section 56, a Public Hearing will be held with the Board of Assessors to set the Classification Factor for Assessment of Real Estate Taxes for Fiscal Year 2022, on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at 6:00 PM. In person and via remote access attendance. Close Public Hearing.

RE: Nichewaug Inn & Academy Property - continue review of project status: continue review of Special Town Meeting Warrant and Motions; any other information as needed/as available.
