6:45 PM – Notice of Intent (continued) – 21 Moore Road (Map 67, Parcel 52); DEP File No. 092-1020.  The NOI, filed by Chris Aitken, is for the construction of a single-family residence, septic system, and associated grading, portions of which will occur within the 100-foot Buffer Zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.
