New, combined station somewhere at 24-30 Martin site
Renovate existing station for both departments with an addition
Renovate existing station for one department and build new at John Wise for the other
Review and discussion of other options, sites, ideas, etc.

What are probable costs based upon the Committee’s current knowledge?
How can Reinhardt or others help us to cost out additional scenarios?
