HEARINGS
The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act, and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw, Ch. 272.
The following applicant has filed a Request for Determination of Applicability:
83 Seagull Road, Seagull Enterprise Properties LLC: Re-opening of hearing for proposed landscape improvements within coastal flood zone and Adjacent Upland Resource Area to Coastal Bank at 83 Seagull Road; Assessors Map 15A1, parcel H98.
The following applicant has filed a Request to Amend an existing Order of Conditions:
25 & 27 Seapine Road, Camp Crow LLC, Edward H & Mary G Budd, SE 10-2944: Re-opening of hearing for request to amend an existing Order under SE 10-2944 to included proposed raising stone cap elevation; addition of two courses of coir log rolls; use of a coir blanket surface treatment; extension of stone protection by 20-ft to the south; and tree removal at 25 & 27 Seapine Road; Assessors Map 11L, parcels HC5 & HC 6
