Call meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

Review, edit minutes from, Wednesday, November 27 at 6:30 p.m., 2017.
Ratify Library payroll FY18 warrants dated November 30, December 14, and December 28, 2017.
Ratify Library Expense FY18 warrants dated December 4 and December 20, 2017.
Ratify Library Book FY18 warrant dated December 4, December 20, 2017 and January 2, 2018
Motion by and 2nd , all voted to approve.
Articles for the Special Town Meeting, Building Maintenance $7400 and Operating $1000 to comply with MBLC, Mass Law formula.
We have $13,000 in donations towards the planning and purchase of 18 Common Street. It has been suggested we prepare a power point presentation to inform the public of our reasoning behind this purchase. (See notes.)
We have a few gift and donation policies to review to edit and create such a policy for Merrick Public Library.
The draft of the CIPC FY19-FY24 document is available for us to discuss and edit.
