Hearings:
5:15 pm – A hearing on an appeal from Michael A. Smith, Executor: Dukes Probate Court, c/o Attorney Daniel Perry, of an October 14, 2017, decision of the West Tisbury Zoning Inspector, to deny a building permit to construct a single family dwelling under 11.2-1, nonconforming lot by the provisions of Section 6 of the Zoning Act. The appeal is filed under MGL 40A section 8 and section 15, of the Zoning Act. Map 7 Lot 69, 52 Longview Rd, located in the RU district.
5:45 pm – A hearing on an application from Kali Wingood, for the installation of an accessory structure: a fence over 8 feet. Under zoning bylaw 4.2-2D4, Map 31 Lot 40, 11 Lineweaver Lane, located in the RU district.
Discussion:
6:00 pm – Amendment to SP 2917-24: Chuck Wiley – reducing the setback relief from 32’ to 17’.
6:15 pm – SP 2017-19: Patient Centric of MV (Dispensary) – reconfiguration floor plan.
