6:35 PM – Request for Determination of Applicability – Lot 512 Sunset Drive (Map
44 Parcel 78). The RDA was filed by Melissa Basnett for the construction of a path
between Sunset Drive and Sunset Lake, an area of beach sand adjacent to the lake and
installation of a dock within the buffer zone of Buffer Zone of Bank resources associated
with Sunset Lake.
6:45 PM – Request for Determination of Applicability – Cushing Academy (Map 62
Parcels 1 & 2). The RDA was filed by Cushing Academy for the dismantling of the
existing exterior stairway and the construction of a new stairway between Cooke Hall and
the football field, all of which is located within the Riverfront Area and 100-foot Buffer
Zone of a perennial waterway.
