The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

DISCUSSION
Continued discussion on proposed Memorandum of Agreement for demolition of a historic structure in the HBD.   

SITE IMPROVEMENTS:
16-088	Liquor Locker/c/o Saumil Patel – Application to install an ice machine on the property located at 1221 Main Street.

ADDITION/ALTERATION:
16-087	Ron MacDonald – Application to construct a new shed on the property located at 2635 Main Street.

06-03-029	John Fahle – Application for a minor change to the porch previously approved under Certificate of Appropriateness No. 06-03-029 for the structure located at 2504 Main Street.

CONTINUED HEARING - NEW CONSTRUCTION:
16-085	Ron LaBonte – Application to construct a greenhouse on the property located at 16 Sylvan Way.

Plans, site plans, and all other documents related to these Applications are on file with the Department of Community Development, located at 261 George Ryder Road and may be viewed Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
