The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch 272.

The following applicant has filed a  Request for Determination of Applicability:
92 Seapine Road, Terrence & Christine Sullivan: Proposed construction of new, title 5 Sewage Disposal System and new deck at 92 Seapine Road, Assessors Map 11K parcel HC101. Will require a Special Permit from ZBA.  

The following applicants have filed  Requests to Amend Existing Order of Conditions: 
286 Shore Road, CBI Owner LLC, SE 10-2928: Proposed Request to Amend an Existing Order of Conditions under SE 10-2928 to include relocation of mechanical equipment to new service area, reconfigure existing boardwalks, grading and re-location of retaining walls between beach House Grill and Boat House at 286 Shore Road, Assessors Map 16E parcel F1. 

276 & 296 Shore Road, CBI Owner LLC, SE 10- 2994 : Proposed Request to Amend an Existing Order of Conditions under SE 10-2994 to include  relocation of pool equipment, addition of new equipment concrete pads, and relocation of a portion of fencing  at 276 & 296 Shore road, Assessors Map 16E parcels F1 & F7.

27 & 0 Little Beach Road, Cynthia Rowe Pelletier, SE 10-  3145 : Continuance of hearing  for an NOI for the proposed construction of an addition to the existing residence, a new deck, a porch and a shell driveway at 27 & 0 Little Beach Road, Assessors Map 16A-Parcels H7B & H112.
