EXECUTIVE SESSIONS:
• Executive Session under M.G.L. c.30A, §21(A), exemption #3 to discuss strategy with respect to litigation regarding 144 Seekonk Street
At the Conclusion of this Executive Session, the Commission will reconvene into open session for the purpose of entering in to a second executive session.
• Executive Session under M.G.L. c.30A, §21(A), exemption #7 to comply with, or act under the authority of, any general law in order to approve minutes from the 5/8/19 Executive Session, and to review previous Executive Session minutes for the purpose of releasing those which have been resolved, and are eligible to be released in Open Session.
At the conclusion of this Executive Session, the Commission will reconvene into open session for the purpose of voting to release those minutes deemed eligible for release, and to adjourn the meeting.
