Town of Berlin
Public Hearing
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 138 of the Mass. General Laws, as amended, application has been made and information given, for approval of a transfer of a restaurant all-alcohol beverage license from Berlin Commercial Realty, LLC. to New Flat Penny, LLC to be known as Flat Penny Bar & Grill, located at 263 West Street, Berlin, MA and more particularly described as follows: a single-story building containing approximately 2,332 sq. ft. – dining room, kitchen, 2 means of ingress and egress into dining area (left and right), third means through kitchen, attached patio area adjacent to parking and main building which accommodates 20 patrons seasonally.
The hearing on the above application will be held on Monday, November 18, 2019, at 7:30 p.m., in Room 206 of the Berlin Town Offices Building, 23 Linden St., Berlin, MA. All interested parties should plan to attend.
