7:00pm Public Hearing- In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Common Room of the Orange Armory at 135 East Main Street, Orange, Massachusetts on February 5, 2019 beginning at 7 pm regarding a Modification of Special Permit 10 and 24 East River Street (Map 110, Lot 60) by applicant East River Orange, LLC 280 Ayer Road, Harvard, MA 01451 (previously known as NJLJ Properties, LLC) and Owner HF Liquidation, LLC 370 Main Street, Worcester, MA 01609 for removal of condition 4 and review special permit for other considerations. The Special Permit being amended may be reviewed at the Town Hall during regular business hours or you may contact the Planning Board at planning@townoforange.org. This notice is also published electronically on www.atholdailynews.com and on www.masspublicnotices.org.
