II.	Approval of December 5, 2018 Meeting Minutes

III.	Public Hearing, 7:10pm Major Site Plan Review application for Clean Focus Renewables for a ground-mounted solar photovoltaic installation, for property located off of Thrower Road and White Pond Road (Map 51 Parcel 30), continued from December 5, 2018

IV.	Public Hearing, 7:50pm Licensed Marijuana Establishment Special Permit application for The Blue Jay Botanicals, Inc. for a licensed marijuana retail establishment, for property located at 22 Chestnut Hill Avenue(Map 31 Parcel 137), continued from December 5, 2018

V.      New Business:
a)      Request by Borrego Solar Systems for Minor Modification #4 for the Partridgeville Road Solar Site Plan Review Approval for alternative grading and stormwater retention basin/swale design, along with relocation of +/- 150 feet of fencing, in the southerly portion of the site, on land identified as Map 18 Parcel 193 and owned by Fletcher James L. et-al, Trustees, Fletcher Trust No. 1
 
 
VI.    Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: a) Topics for next regular committee meeting (February 6, 2019) discussed: potential new permit applications public hearings as well as any continuations of public hearings; and potential zoning bylaw amendments discussion; and b) discussion of any special meeting scheduling for public hearing continuations and/or decision deliberations.
