2. Discuss the Monthly Financial Ledger data
3. Discuss the Maintenance Contract
4. Discuss the Cost of the Lighting for the Union Cemetery Flag Pole
5. Discuss the Memorial Donations around the Flag Pole
6. Draft a letter to our new lot owner letting them know that the expansion lots and the columbarium grounds are not finished.
7. Discuss the Planting Regulations for the Union & Seaside Expansion and Columbarium grounds
8. Discuss the sale process for both Expansions and the Columbarium
9. Discuss the Expansion Lots at Union Cemetery that are “Not for Sale”
10. Discuss the unusable expansion lots
11. Discuss the problem with torn, tattered and blown flags throughout the cemeteries. We also have a gentleman that would like to volunteer with the clean-up. Will we accept his offer?
12. Discuss grave markers and missing grave markers.
13. Discuss standard above ground headstone size - (? 2 Ft. high, 3 Ft. wide)
14. Discuss Ownership, resident, property owner and tax payer
15. Clarify the burial rights of the heirs to deceased deed owner/s.
16. Who will be responsible for the consistent engraving of the columbarium doors?
17. Discuss a policy regarding Buy Back protocol. Should we return original deed purchase price or the current rate. Do we return the perpetual care rate if they want to sell back an existing lot in exchange for expansion lots/columbaium |
