o	Review of Dalton’s HMP Climate Change section and the Massachusetts State Hazard Mitigation and Climate Change Adaptation Plan 
o	Group completion of the Community Hazards and Planning Survey (handout) and discussion of areas of concern

o	Date – Agree on workshop date
o	Location – Someone assigned to reserving space
o	Food – Someone responsible for bringing provisions
