The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272. Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make comment must wait to be recognized by the Chair.  

REQUEST FOR ONE-YEAR EXTENSION
448 Old Harbor Road, SE 10-3065: Removal of turf lawn and replacement with dry laid patio and stepper, removal of invasive plants and planting of native plants. 

REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY:  
320 Stage Island Road, Betsey Detwiler: Proposed replacement of Title 5 Septic System D-box and associated piping at 320 Stage Island Road, Assessors Map14A2 parcel D33.
