If necessary, consider the approval of a Special Election Warrant to address the Memorial School Project debt exclusion question for a second time. Special Town Election would be held in mid-December. Election warrant for the same question posed on November 6, 2018 (if the question fails) to be approved outside of a meeting once reviewed by District bond counsel.
