The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.

ONE YEAR EXTENSIONS:

317 Cedar Street, Michael and Jill Woehler, SE 10-3112: Request for 1-year extension to construct an addition off the west side of the existing dwelling, construct a paved driveway and install mitigation plants. The addition includes a 2 car garage, workshop and connector to the existing dwelling. 

33 Marcus Lane, Plum Daffy Nominee Trust, SE 10-2713: Request for 1-year extension to restore views, mow a field yearly, and address stormwater ponding on a vehicle access way.

REQUEST TO AMEND ORDERS OF CONDITIONS:
