Monday, January 10, 6:30 p.m. call meeting to order at the library.
Review minutes from Monday, November 8, 2021. Motion to accept by 2nd , all in favor.
Ratify Library Payroll FY22 warrants dated, 11/10,11/23, 12/10, 12/22, 2021,1/6/2022.
Ratify Library Expense warrants dated FY22 11/10,11/23, 12/10, 12/22, 2021,1/6/2022.
Ratify Library Utilities FY22 warrants dated 11/23, 12/22, 2021.
Ratify Library State Aid for 18 Common Street, 11/23, 12/22,2021
Ratify Library Books FY22 warrants 11/10,11/23, 12/10, 12/22, 2021,1/6/2022..
Motion to approve to ratify all payments by 2nd, all voted in favor.
Library
Please refer to the CIPC document from 2018 for discussion and edits. Shelby and Brenda will draft and present for discussion.
. The gutters are cleaned by Fran Maple of AAA Roof and gutter com., $500, library maintenance account and roof repairs over the foyer and the chimney by Brian Turcotte, $1320.
The town’s insurance through BlueSky Co. has coordinated with Mahan Slate Roofing Co., to complete the roof repairs in the Spring 2022, $19450. Due to the storm damage breaking the slate from snow slides.
House has 2 windows needing repair and 1 for replacement soon, Brenda has sent pictures to Matt, and asked his availability to order, Corey Landry of Everlast will be called also and Dave Cole. The Friends have the funds for the repairs.
New town policy adopted by the Board of Selectmen, and to be adopted by the Board of Trustees, Code of Ethics-Boards, Committees/Commissions.
FY2023 Budget process is now starting. The first meeting will be Tuesday, January 18, in the Banquet Hall, at 10:00 am.
MBLC have sent the Legislative Agenda for FY2023.
Library Annex
A draft of a Meeting room policy is available for review and to be updated and edited at our November meeting.
The roof of the Carriage is completed, the Friends paid $4250 and the Library Maintenance account paid the extra $2800
