 Ken Pease to the Memorial Day Committee, effective February 8, 2022 through June 30, 2022
 Cathy Grady to the Memorial Day Committee, effective February 8, 2022 through June 30, 2022
 Bill Chabot to the Memorial Day Committee, effective February 8, 2022 through June 30, 2022

6. Declare all $1,805,367 in ARPA funds accepted under Final Rule Exemption for Revenue Loss; approve specific items
 Approve Highway excavator in the amount of $71,400
 Approve Police Department repeater in the amount of $53,815.35
 Approve COVID Tests in the amount of $2,880 
 Approve Road Engineering in the amount of $9,400 
 Approve Highway Trailer in the amount of $12,700 

7. FY23 Budgets;

13. ANNOUNCEMENTS
 The Dalton Police Department is reminding the citizens of Dalton of the Winter Parking Ban, which is in effect from November 15, 2021 through April 15, 2022. There is no parking on streets between 1AM-6AM.
 The following committees have vacancies and are looking for volunteers:
 ADA Committee
 Beautification Commission
 Cultural Council
 Dalton Cable Advisory Committee
 Dalton Development and Industrial Commission
 Dalton Green Committee
 Finance Committe
 Stormwater Management Commission
 Waste Management and Recycle Committee
