The Selectboard will attend the following Public Hearing of the Historic District Commission:

In accordance with the provisions of ARTICLE XII, PETERSHAM HISTORIC DISTRICT, HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION, AND HISTORICAL COMMISSION BY-LAW, the Petersham Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 20th, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the Petersham Town Hall, 1 South Main Street and by GoToMeeting.com on the Application for Permit for Demolition or Removal by the Town of Petersham-Selectboard for the Nichewaug Inn and Academy building located at 25 Common Street Street, Map 201 Lot 116-0.  

A copy of the Application and related material may be inspected prior to the public meeting at this link; and duplicated at the Historic District Commission meeting link; on the Town of Petersham website http://www.townofpetersham.org/;  and in hard copy form at the Selectboard Office.  

All interested persons are invited to attend.
