8:00 p.m.	Treasurer/Collector Brooke Friedrich to discuss calendar year 2022 goals.

8:15 p.m.	Chief Paul Francis to discuss calendar year 2021 accomplishments and calendar year 2022 goals.

8:30 p.m.	Executive Session to discuss successor contract with Chief Paul Francis, and separately, to discuss merit pay with Town Administrator Brendhan Zubricki.

•	Draft Affordable Housing Trust Bylaw from Essex Housing Coalition
•	Possible Addition of Microsoft Teams to the Essex Microsoft Tenancy
•	Conomo Point Seawall Replacement Project Update and Change Order
•	Old Fire Station Site Restoration Update
•	Evaluation of Essex Water and Sewer Equipment for Energy Efficiency
•	Weighing of Options for Future Mosquito Control and Management
•	School Budget Collaboration Group Meeting Summary
•	Zoning Bylaw Phase 1 Review Project Summary
•	Housing Choice Act Multi-Family Zoning District Webinar
•	Continued Review of Potential Annual Town Meeting Article Topics

•	Approve the weekly warrant in the amount of $.

•	Approve the minutes for the Selectmen’s January 10, 2022, Open Meeting.
•	Consider a request to pass over town roads from Rich Morrell during their annual YuKanRun Road Race 2022 from 9 a.m. through 12:00 noon.
•	Consider revising the license between the Conomo Point Commissioners and the Conomo Point Association for the Association's seasonal deployment of ramps and floats from the Town's two stone piers at Conomo Point, effective for the 2022 season.
•	Consider requesting a spring cleanup for public areas on Conomo Point from Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical Scool.
•	Review and approve the use of a new Board and Committee handbook that has been developed by the Town Clerk.
•	Possible vote to award merit pay to Town Administrator Brendhan Zubricki.
•	Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Open Meeting Law posting deadline.

REMINDERS:
•	The next regular Board of Selectmen’s meeting will take place on Monday, February 7, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Stage Conference Area at the Town Hall at 30 Martin Street.
