7:55 pm Public hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability, filed by Mary and Gary Lewis to replace existing 8 x 16 deck with 12 x 16 addition on north side of house; add 12 x 24 add ti on to south side of house; replace existing screen porch with 8 x 24 addition and add new 12 x 24 screen porch in front of addition on west side of house; extend existing deck by 2’ on west side and move existing stairs at 33 Cogswell Rd.
