Deliberations for Major Site Plan Review application decision for Uma Cultivation, LLC for property located at 706 Petersham Road (Map 46 Parcels 45 and 87); request is for construction of an additional 10,000 square-foot building, which would provide for a building footprint that would total 20,000 square feet. On December 2, 2020 Uma Cultivation. LLC was issued a Licensed Marijuana Establishment Special Permit for Marijuana Cultivation and Processing Establishment per the Licensed Marijuana Establishment provisions of Section 3.29 and a Minor Site Plan Approval for the construction of up to 10,000 square-feet of buildings for marijuana cultivation and manufacturing uses. Public Hearing was closed January 5, 2022. V. Other New Business: Discussion of potential 2022 Zoning Bylaw Amendment Work Plan VI. Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting date (Wednesday, March 2, 2022) discussed: public hearings for potential new permit applications and other topics planned for discussion. Board discussion on potential for alternative meeting location from Room #21 (e.g. Virtual, via Zoom or at a larger meeting venue as needed). VII. Adjournment |
