| Agenda: | PUBLIC MEETING WEDNESDAY, 12 FEBRUARY 2020 TOWN OFFICE BUILDING SECOND FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM 7:30 PM AGENDA In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131 Section 40 (as amended), the Petersham Conservation Commission will hold a special public meeting on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. at The Town Office Building, upstairs conference room, 3 South Main Street, Petersham, MA 01366 on the Request for Determination of Applicability by the Petersham Highway Department to remove the bridge superstructure over Moccasin Brook on Quaker Drive and replacing it with prefabricated superstructure on the existing abutments and roadway approaches. A copy of the Request for Determination of Applicability may be inspected prior to the public meeting at the Town Office, 3 South Main Street. All interested persons are invited to attend.
