General Laws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Common Room of the Orange Armory at 135 East Main Street, Orange, Massachusetts on Tuesday March 17, 2020 beginning at 7:00pm regarding a request for Site Plan Review [Orange Zoning Bylaw Sections 2235 and 5420] by applicant Saint Lucia 930, C/O Chris Lucia of 200 Business Park Drive, Suite 109, Armonk, NY 01504 and owner Town of Orange Airport Buildings, 80 Airport Street,  Orange, MA 01364 for property at East River Street (Town of Orange Airport Buildings) (Map 124, Lot 14, Deed Reference Book 855, Page 277) in Zone B for: construction of an airport hangar.
