The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.
Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make comment must wait to be recognized by the Chair.  

FIELD CHANGE REQUEST:

12 Pond Street, Eastward Companies, Representative, SE 10-3317: Request to install a light post on the east side of the driveway and install an underground electric line from the side of the porch.

REQUEST FOR ONE-YEAR EXTENSION
