The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

20-023          Jean C Labar GST Exempt Trust & JCL GST Exempt Trust FBO Barry A Labar c/o John Brintnall – Application to replace 2 windows on the dwelling located at 10 Bearses Byway.

SIGNS:
20-028	   Shark Center/c/o Marianne Long – Application to replace the wall sign on the structure located at 235 Orleans Road.

20-029	   Shark Center/c/o Marianne Long – Application to replace the ground sign located at 235 Orleans Road.

SITE IMPROVEMENT:
20-026	   Chatham Conservation Foundation/c/o Charles Murphy – Application to install light fixtures for the building and sign located at 540 Main Street.

ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL/EXEMPTION:
20-027	   Zaremba Growth Industries LLC/c/o Don Boivin – Application for Exemption to replace the roof on the structure located at 1409 Main Street.

20-030	   Chatham Hardware/c/o Thomas Spence – Application for Exemption (work not visible) to replace the rubber roof on the structure located at 624 Main Street.

Plans, site plans, and all other documents related to these Applications are on file with the Department of Community Development, located at 261 George Ryder Road and may be viewed Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
