The  following hearings are held by the Chatham Conservation Commission in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (MGL Ch. 131, s 40), and the Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw (Chapter 272).  

The following applicant has filed a Request for Determination of Applicability:
82 Uncle Albert’s Drive, Andrew and Suzanne McMaster: Re-opening of hearing for proposal to determine whether existing stream is intermittent or perennial at 82 Uncle Albert’s Drive; Assessors Map 12E, parcel R6B. 

The following applicants have filed Notices of Intent:
613 Stage Harbor Road, Town of Chatham, SE 10-2938:  Proposed replacement of existing bulkheads; proposed installation of new floats; proposed installation of a boat wash –down facility; proposed installation of new boarding floats and proposed reconstruction of timber pier at 613 Stage Harbor Road, Assessors Map 13A parcel 24.  Requires a Special Permit from Zoning Board of Appeals.

9 Chatharbor Lane, Timothy & Deborah Charlebois, SE 10-: Proposed construction of new foundation under existing dwelling; proposed construction of an addition and patio; relocation of driveway and septic tank; and proposed removal of 8 trees at 9 Chatharbor Lane, Assessors Map 5B parcel 9A. Requires a Special Permit from ZBA

50 Morris Island Road, Joseph Friscia, CWP 14-020N  (Town Bylaw Only)  Proposed re-grading to protect a structure from predicted flood damage at 50 Morris Island Road, Assessors Map 16B parcel K3.Variance required from Zoning Board of Appeals
