The following hearings held by the Chatham Conservation Commission are in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (MGL Ch 131, s 40), and the Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw (Chapter 272).

The following applicants have filed Requests for Determination of Applicability: 
96 Attucks Trail, Douglas and Marjorie Blackwell: Proposed removal of concrete patio and related retaining walls; proposed work to demolish existing dwelling and re-grading at 96 Attucks Trail; Assessors Map 14A-3, parcel N63

The following applicant has filed a Request to Amend an Existing Order of Conditions:
