The  following hearings are held by the Chatham Conservation Commission in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (MGL Ch. 131, s 40), and the Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw (Chapter 272).  

The following applicant has filed a Request for Determination of Applicability: 
10 Tappan Drive, James Athanas & Leslie Greco, H G Athanas Nominee Trust-owners, Handren Brothers Builders, Inc-applicant: Proposed 16-ft x 11 ft. sunroom addition on south side of dwelling at 10 Tappan Drive, Assessors Map 8B parcel T7.

The following applicant has filed a request to amend an Existing Order of Conditions:
