The following hearings held by the Chatham Conservation Commission are in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (MGL Ch. 131, s 40), and the Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw (Chapter 272).
The following applicant has filed a Request to Amend an Existing Order of Conditions:
592 Old Harbor Road, Frank Steindler, SE 10-2880: Request to amend an existing Order of Conditions issued for the installation of an elevated stairway for the proposed relocation of the stairway / walkover structure to the beach at 592 Old Harbor Road, Assessors Map 16H parcel 7.
The following applicants have filed Notices of Intent:
284 Kendrick Road, Ann Reece, SE 10-2960: Proposed raising the grade of an existing driveway with native, processed stone; proposed repetition of same process in future years to raise elevation of driveway approximately 1.5ft over time at 284 Kendrick Road, Assessors Map 14K parcel 7.
