7:05 p.m.	Billie Knovak to discuss possible late fee for Commercial Shellfish Licenses submitted after the annual deadline.

7:10 p.m.	Chief Silva to discuss possible deployment of new moorings near winter clam flats; recommendations for possible dinghy tie-up at new Conomo Point Park; and, recommendations for possible signage changes in the vicinity of 105 Eastern Avenue.

7:45 p.m.	Curt Bergeron to discuss the application process for an annual Entertainment License.

	Consider appointing either Joe Ginn or reappointing Paul Rullo to the Board of Public Works.

	Review letters of interest for a single ad hoc seat on the Strategic Planning Committee.

	Discuss standing policy for opening of mail in Selectmen’s Office.
	Review and discuss Shellfish Constable’s existing position description and work plan.
	Review and discuss possible plans to build chimney swift boxes on Town property.
	Review and discuss scope of services for Centennial Grove master plan RFP.
	Conomo Point Items:
•	Discuss possibility and style of future memorial benches at Conomo Point, including a recent request from Nina Fletcher.
