10:30  Call meeting to order

Review draft minutes from the 3/13/17 meeting

Review and discuss the “Joint Action Plan” that Cheryl created after previous collaborations with both the Gilbertville Board of Directors and the Paige Board of Trustees

Fine-tune a final draft version of a Long Range Plan, which incorporates the above Joint Action Plan.

Organize and review all paper work that needs to be submitted to the MBLC in accordance with the stipulations outlined in our LSTA Grant.

Discuss where the LAC as a group goes from here.

Afternoon Session (approx. 1:00)

All who are interested are invited to the Paige Memorial Library where Cheryl will conduct a workshop on Trustee rights and responsibilities (an overview).
